C U Studio Ltd operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. SÈVINE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any policies referenced in them describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services, including purchasing products from our store.

Product descriptions and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue a product at any time and may limit quantities per order or customer where reasonable (for example, to prevent fraud or resale).

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

SÈVINE is an independent retailer and third-party seller. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product page, SÈVINE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as the official store of any third-party brand featured on this website. All trademarks, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered for sale.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, payment authorisation issues, or suspected fraud.

A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email (or otherwise confirm that the goods have been dispatched).

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been accepted/processed.

Your purchases are subject to returns and refunds only in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders are for personal or household use only. Commercial resale is not permitted without our written agreement.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered at this time, so VAT is not charged.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

You agree to provide accurate purchase, payment, and account information, and to update it promptly where needed to complete your transaction or contact you.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery is charged at £5.99 with an estimated timeframe of up to 14 working days. Orders exceeding £100 qualify for complimentary delivery within the same timeframe.

While we do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery, timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier disruption, peak periods, or events outside our reasonable control.

Some products are sourced from specialist partners overseas (for example, Germany, Italy, and the USA). We work to keep stock information accurate, however occasional supply-chain disruption may affect delivery estimates.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe agreed at checkout. Where no timeframe is agreed, UK consumer rules generally expect delivery within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Risk: We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you (or to a person you nominate to take possession).
Ownership: Title to the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content forming part of the Services (including text, graphics, images, design, layout, product photography, logos, and trademarks) is owned by C U Studio Ltd (trading as SÈVINE) or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and marks on the Services may belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or features offered by third parties. We do not control these tools and provide them on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of optional tools is at your own risk, and you should review the third party’s terms and policies.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. If you choose to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

SÈVINE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SÈVINE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SÈVINE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SÈVINE.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights in relation to goods you purchase.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for losses relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where this limitation is unlawful.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C U Studio Ltd (trading as SÈVINE) and our service providers (including Shopify) from claims and losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and any policies referenced form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a business reorganisation or transfer.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction (subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply).
