SÈVINE — Shipping & Delivery Policy (UK)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are handled for orders placed on our website, including processing times, delivery options, and what happens if there is a delivery issue.

SÈVINE is a trading name of C U Studio Ltd (trading as SÈVINE).

1) Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During peak periods (sales, launches, seasonal demand), processing times may be longer. We will still aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with carrier and tracking details (where available).

2) Delivery options and estimated times (UK Mainland)

Delivery times begin after dispatch and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

We are doing our best to ship and deliver as fast as possible within these parameters.

Some products are sourced from specialist partners overseas (for example, Germany, Italy, and the USA). We work to keep stock levels accurate; however, occasional supply-chain disruption can affect availability and delivery times.

We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders (no minimum spend).

We may use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD (or an equivalent service) depending on parcel size, destination, and service availability.

3) Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands

Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and Islands may take an additional 2–3 working days.

We still aim to provide complimentary shipping, but delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier coverage.

4) Delivery timeframe (consumer rights)

We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown above. Our team is committed to processing and delivering your order at the fastest possible speed.

If no specific delivery timeframe is agreed, UK consumer rules generally expect delivery within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

5) UK-only shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We may introduce international shipping in the future.

6) Tracking

If tracking is available for your delivery service, it will be included in your dispatch email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Tracking can be viewed via the carrier’s website or app.

7) Risk and responsibility for delivery (UK consumers)

For consumer orders, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to take possession of them.

This means if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you should contact us and we will resolve the issue.

8) Delivery issues

a) Missed deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions for rearranging delivery, or direct you to a local collection option, depending on the service used.

b) Delayed, missing, or lost parcels

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact martin@custudioltd.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

c) Incorrect address details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If an order is delivered to the address provided, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply in these circumstances) or issue a refund for the item price (subject to inspection and condition).

9) Peak periods and service disruption

During peak seasons (including Christmas), promotional periods, public holidays, or wider courier disruption, deliveries may take longer than estimated.

Where delivery is time-sensitive, we recommend placing orders early.

10) Pre-orders and backorders (where offered)

If we offer pre-order or backorder items:

  • estimated dispatch times will be stated on the product page;
  • if an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may dispatch items separately or together depending on what is stated at checkout.

11) Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening.
  • Photograph the item and any damage.
  • Contact martin@custudioltd.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update delivery services, carrier options, or processing times to improve operations. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
