SÈVINE — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy (UK)

This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy explains how returns work at SÈVINE, including your rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
SÈVINE is a trading name of C U Studio Ltd (trading as SÈVINE).
1) Returns window (our 30-day policy)
We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
This store policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
2) Your UK right to cancel (online purchases)
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (or the last item in a multi-item delivery). After you notify us of cancellation, you then have a further period to return the goods, in line with UK consumer rules.
Certain exceptions apply (for example, sealed hygiene items that have been unsealed). Your rights for faulty goods are not affected.
3) Eligibility for returns (condition requirements)
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unworn, unused, and unwashed
- with original tags/labels attached (where applicable)
- in original packaging, and packaged securely for return
- free from odours, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup marks, or damage
Footwear may be tried on indoors only; soles must remain unmarked.
If an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect it as you would in a shop, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
You will also need proof of purchase (for example, order confirmation email).
4) How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at martin@custudioltd.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Where we provide a return label, it will be provided by email.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

5) Return postage and costs
- Change of mind: Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of posting.
- Faulty/incorrect items: If the item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage (or provide a prepaid method where available).
6) Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
7) Exceptions / non-returnable items (change of mind)
Certain items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, including:
- pierced jewellery (for example, earrings)
- underwear, bodysuits, and hosiery
- items with a hygiene seal once the seal has been removed
- gift cards / digital products (where applicable)
Sale items: Sale items are eligible for return under this policy unless they are clearly marked as non-returnable at the point of sale and this is permitted under UK law.
Important: If any item is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply regardless of the above exclusions.
8) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
9) Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days after inspection. In any event, where the refund relates to a cancellation under UK distance-selling rules, refunds will be made within the statutory timeframe after we receive the returned goods (or evidence they have been sent).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.

10) What is refunded
- Item price: refunded once the return is approved.
- Original delivery charge: If you cancel the entire order within the statutory cancellation period, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge of £5.99. If you return only part of an order, original delivery is usually not refundable.
11) Out-of-stock or cancelled items
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a refund for the affected item (or alternatives where available). Any refund for an unfulfilled item will be processed promptly after confirmation.
12) Delivery delays, missing deliveries, and lost parcels
If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact martin@custudioltd.com and we will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
