This is our primary customer contact channel. We do not currently offer telephone or live chat support.

2) Response times

We aim to respond within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During peak periods, response times may be longer.

To help us resolve your enquiry efficiently, please include:

your order number (if applicable), and

a clear description of the issue or request.

3) Communication standards

We aim to keep all correspondence professional, respectful, and solution-focused. We may limit or discontinue communication where messages contain abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language, or where we reasonably believe misuse is occurring.

4) Fraud and security

We will never ask you to provide:

passwords,

full payment card details,

security codes (such as one-time passcodes), or

bank login information.
